Minors

Special Programs

3-Year Degree

Complete your Lasell program in only three years. Involves taking courses offered during the summer and winter intersessions in addition to full-time course loads. Available for most programs.

5th-Year Option

Earn your undergraduate and graduate degrees in five years. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or greater and inform your advisor during freshman or sophomore year by completing the Fifth Year Option Declaration of Interest form.

ESL (English as a Second Language)

Lasell University offers an ESL Supplement program for international students who may need extra help mastering the English language. Some students may be required to participate based on their English proficiency examination scores. 

Certified Financial Planning

Prepare to take the CFP Examination through a sequence of seven online classes specifically designed to meet the requirements of the CFP ®️Board of Standards.

Honors Program

The Honors Program offers an intensive setting for intellectual and social development. It fosters independent thinking, social responsibility, enthusiasm for intellectual inquiry, and appreciation for the power of ideas. Students may either be invited to join the program entering their first semester, or you may apply to the program after completing your first semester at Lasell.

Lasell Works

Lasell Works is a unique career preparation program designed to launch students into their professional futures. During your sophomore year, you will live off campus, take classes online, and work in your professional field of study. Pay declining tuition each year you are enrolled in the program. Complete a variety of professional seminars emphasizing leadership, financial literacy, and professional and career development.

Leadership Program

Pre-Law Advising

Pre-law is an advising program open to all students at the University who are considering applying to law school. A Pre-Law advisor will advise you about curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities that will best prepare you for a career path in the legal profession. Learn about the profession, law schools, and the admission requirements and expectations for law school, including preparation for the LSAT examination.

Pre-Med Advising
