Lasell University’s online Master’s in Criminal Justice program tied for #28 in the U.S. News & World Report rankings of online programs, placing it among the top programs nationwide.
The ranking reflects an improvement from Lasell’s previous placement and follows an evaluation of nearly 1,850 online undergraduate and graduate degree programs. U.S. News & World Report assessed programs based on academic quality, including measures of student engagement, faculty credentials and training, expert opinion, student excellence, and efficiency in online learning technologies.
Lasell’s fully online Master’s in Criminal Justice program is designed to prepare students for leadership and advancement in the criminal justice field. The curriculum emphasizes investigation, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking, effective communication, and the strategic use of technology, providing students with practical skills applicable to today’s professional environment.
The program is approved for the Police Career Incentive Pay Program (PCIPP) by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education and is Quinn Bill Certified, making it a strong program for law enforcement professionals and others pursuing advanced roles in the criminal justice field.
