Fitness
Group Exercise Classes
Class offerings vary from semester to semester, and include yoga, HIIT, weight training, Pilates, and aerobics classics. Open to all members of the Lasell community.
Athletic Center
The Athletic Center, which includes a regulation-size gymnasium, an overhead track, and a satellite athletic training room, is open more than 80 hours/week. The Athletic Center is open to all members of the Lasell community throughout the year and is staffed by a CPR-certified student during all open hours.
Fitness Centers
Our two fitness centers, located in McClelland Hall and Edwards Hall, are staffed by CPR-certified students during all open hours.
Intramurals
The Athletic Department sponsors intramural events throughout the year, currently including Esports (FIFA 19, Madden NFL 19, Modern Warfare), ping pong, billiards, corn hole, and recreational running. Other sports that have been offered include flag football, basketball, 3v3 pond hockey, bocce, paddleball, and dodgeball, and future sports include soccer and volleyball (in both the gym and the sand).
Well-Being in Focus
The Office of Health Education, the Counseling Center, and other organizations on campus often team up to lead workshops and other events, and offer coaching, on mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, nutrition, healthy lifestyles, sleep, and other aspects of well-being.
Outdoor Activities & Recreation
Skating Rink
In the winter months, the all-sport court is transformed into an ice-skating rink for all Lasell community members to enjoy.
Outdoor and Active Clubs
The Office of Student Activities sponsors clubs and activities including the Outdoor Adventure Club, running club, crew club, cheerleading club, tennis club, rugby club, ultimate Frisbee club, dance team, step team, and more.

The Gathering Space
This is the Lasell community's online space for shared experience, with a focus on the spiritual dimension of our lives. Join us for online gatherings to share music, personal and community wishes, and words of inspiration.
Spirit- and Compassion-Focused Clubs
Student clubs with a spiritual or religious focus include Cru and Random Acts of Kindness.
