Donnell Turner is a certified Designing Your Life (DYL) coach and Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) with more than 15 years of experience in spearheading career education initiatives, cultivating employer partnerships, and providing strategic direction for students as they navigate career possibilities. His DYL certification comes into play every day at Lasell, where students explore design thinking as a way to successfully navigate the transition from college to the working world. Donnell’s career has exposed him to both sides of the job search, first as a recruiter and then as a higher education career professional. He has a master’s degree in educational ministries and a bachelor’s degree in education, both from Wheaton College. Jessica Orlando is passionate about driving positive student outcomes post-graduation, and about helping students explore career options. At Lasell, she runs career workshops and trainings, job and internship fairs, skill shares, and networking events — and to help students put their skills into action, she cultivates relationships with employers and fosters campus recruitment opportunities. Jessica has a master’s degree in school counseling from Assumption College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UMass Amherst.
