What is your teaching philosophy for Lasell courses?

"Applied experience is key. I love the art and science of negotiation and I find it essential to infuse this skill in every course I teach. I am intentional about my students leaving the course better able to creatively and effectively negotiate solutions to deeply entrenched organizational, community and business problems. I love infusing case studies, current events and real-world professional skills to equip students as they matriculate in their degree. I constantly want them to link the skill building in my courses to their career and personal goals. I challenge students to think critically by knowing the argument of the other side, building confidence in their communication skills and applying their learning to real world scenarios."
