Position Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the Assistant Director of Digital Marketing to assist in the daily needs and enhance overall marketing for Lasell University Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) programs. This position will support various marketing initiatives, including digital ads, program newsletter creation, social media, promotions, email marketing, website updates, video creation, and events.

Potential Duties include:

  • Assist the Assistant Director of Digital Marketing in producing high-quality content for inbound and outbound marketing efforts. 

  • Assist in outbound communication flows utilizing Slate CRM  

  • Create content for multiple mediums, including but not limited to: website, emails, social media, and texts.  

  • Maintain a digital marketing calendar.  

  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single source opportunities.  

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required by the Job

  • Knowledge or familiarity with emerging and existing digital advertising and communications opportunities across the web, email, and social media platforms 

  • Strong Project Management skills; ability to organize project timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs.  

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly.  

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon time frame.
