Internet, Computer, and Library Access

Will I have Wi-Fi access while on campus?

Students should use their Lasell username and password to log into the Wi-Fi on personal devices during their time on campus.

Will there be technology and/or computer support available?

The IT Help Desk offers 24/7 support. Contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@lasell.edu or (617) 243-2200. The IT Help Desk is also available for in-person support. The hours of operation will be distributed at check-in.

Will I have access to the library during the Residency?

The Brennan Library provides access to nearly 100,000 items including books, movies, e-books, audiobooks, streaming videos, and more. Students may access much of the collection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from a variety of platforms on campus and remotely. You will need your Brennan Library barcode to access online services and/or check-out materials. Your Brennan Library barcode can be found in Self Service in the “my profile” tab.

Housing, Dining, Parking and More

Where will I stay while on campus?

Residency students are placed together in one of the three suite-style residence halls. Each student will be assigned a room with a Twin XL bed, a student desk, a dresser, and a closet. Each suite has a shared bathroom. You will need to bring your own pillows, sheets, towels, blankets, etc.

What meals are provided during the Residency?

Chartwell’s, the Lasell University dining service, provides meals during the residency. Breakfasts, most lunches, and some dinners will be served in Valentine Dining Hall.

Where can I park my car while on campus?

Residency students will park their cars in the Arnow Campus Center Garage. Temporary passes will be distributed at Residency check-in. You will work with Graduate and Professional Studies staff members prior to your arrival to make obtain a temporary pass. 

Where can I purchase my textbooks and/or course materials?

Your textbooks will be provided to you as part of your program fee and will be available at check-in.

Can I use the gym when I am on campus?

Yes, you will be given access to our gym but will need a Lasell Student ID for access. If you do not already have one, please plan to make a trip to the Campus Police office to have an ID made.

Which classes do I have to register for?

In order to register for the Residency and complete the academic portion, you will need to enroll in both RSCI 709 and MSAT700.
