Adjunct Faculty - Writing

The Lasell College Writing Program is seeking an instructor to teach one section of ENG 101 Writing I Workshop for the fall 2018 semester.     Available section: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 2-3:40  

 Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide instruction for all sessions of assigned courses utilizing the college philosophy of connected learning
• Align course assignments with departmental and college core curriculum learning outcomes and provide student work samples for college assessment purposes
• Incorporate Canvas (learning management system) into the course
• Maintain office hours each week
• Keep accurate records of student progress and complete mid-semester and final grade reports

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in composition and rhetoric or a relevant field and experience teaching college-level writing.   Application Process:  Screening of applicants will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
