Adjunct Faculty- Writing

The Lasell College Writing Program is seeking instructors to teach one or more section of WRT 101 Writing I for the fall 2019 semester.

Available Sections:
Writing I: MWF 8-8:50
Writing I: MWF 9-9:50
Writing I: TR 3:30-4:45
Writing I: TR 5-6:15
Writing I Workshop: MWF 8-9:40
Writing I Workshop: MW 3:30-6
Writing I Workshop: TR 3:30-6

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide instruction for all sessions of assigned courses utilizing the college philosophy of connected learning
• Align course assignments with departmental and college core curriculum learning outcomes and provide student work samples for college assessment purposes
• Incorporate Canvas (learning management system) into the course
• Maintain office hours each week
• Keep accurate records of student progress and complete mid-semester and final grade reports

Qualifications: A Master's degree in composition and rhetoric or a relevant field and experience teaching college-level writing.
