Biography:

Kerry has worked in the world of fitness, recreation, and athletics for over 20 years. She began her career as a collegiate athletic trainer and eventually settled into a career as a strength and conditioning specialist and adjunct college faculty. Kerry worked in the Harvard University Athletic Department as the Recreation Area Manager, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor for over eight years. She then went on to work as the Director of Fitness and Recreation at Curry College before pursuing her Ph.D. and working as an adjunct faculty.

She has served as an adjunct faculty at several institutions in the areas of health, exercise science, and nutrition. Kerry holds a variety of certifications including: Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (NSCA), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), and Sports Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM). Kerry also holds a variety of group exercise certifications including TRX, Schwinn Cycling, and AAFA yoga.

Kerry resides in the town of Norton with her husband Brian and two children.
