Biography:
Greg's graduate work at Springfield College included projects in exercise cardiophysiology, assessing how exercise impacts arterial stiffness and brain-derived neurotrophic factor, a biomarker for cognition and neuroplasticity, in hopes of better understanding the relationship between cardiovascular and neurological health. He has worked clinically as an EKG technician and most recently as a Senior Exercise Physiologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Greg believes the best fitness is the kind people genuinely enjoy—sustained practice provides physiological benefits that reward every organ system in the body.
