MS in Organizational Leadership

Lasell University’s division of Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) has introduced a new Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree, designed for professionals looking to build effective teams align stakeholder visions, manage business operations, implement communication strategies, and more.

In addition to exploring best practices in organizational strategy, the program will also address issues such as sustainability, ethics, diversity, and technology through evidence-based solutions with a positive impact. Students will use emerging theories to become innovative leaders who can make an impact within complex work environments and diverse organizations.

“At Lasell, we are committed to help motivate, train, and engage a diverse workforce,” said Program Chair and Associate Professor of Marketing Janet Huetteman. “Our goal is to graduate students who will maximize success through strategies, processes, and initiatives that support their organization’s mission and people.”

Students will gain practical experience through an internship capstone course, in addition to courses including Ethical Theory and Management, Statistical Analysis for Decision Making, Negotiations and Conflict Resolution, and Human Resources Management. Throughout the program, students will also hone their communication strategies and consider the best ways to promote healthy work environments from within.

The 36-credit program program is offered in both fully online and hybrid formats.
