The Lasell University Book Award honors students who embody the Lasell motto, Repulsae Nescia (Ignorant of Defeat). The recipient should consistently pursue the greatest version of themselves. In short, they never seem to quit!
These are the characteristics of a Lasell student. We encourage you to nominate your current juniors for their tenacity and their willingness to face a challenge head on! Additional criteria we would like to see:
- Students with a weighted minimum GPA of 3.0
- Students who have actively participated in extracurricular activities
- Students who may be interested in attending Lasell University
Book Awards are intended to be presented at your high school's annual awards ceremony. We ask that you only nominate one student per high school. The Lasell Book Award includes a $1,000 Lasell University Award for students who apply, are admitted, and choose to enroll at Lasell.
