Members of the Classes of 1960 and 1985 returned to campus to celebrate the anniversary of their graduation from Lasell during Commencement Weekend. Pictured left: Reunion celebration at Dunne House.
Reunion attendees visited with President Eric Turner, toured campus, explored the new Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality Lab, and watched Commencement exercises.
Lasell’s Boston Marathon team raised $28,345 to support student scholarships as the seven runners secured 264 gifts for the D.J. Simmonds ’08 Memorial Scholarship Fund. Jonathan Klippert ’12, former captain of the Lasell men’s soccer team, led the way on April 21 with a time of 3 hours, 1 minute, and 4 seconds. Daniel “Dee” Nathan raised the most money: $8,601.

About 50 Lasell alumni, family, and friends watched the Worcester Red Sox host the Buffalo Bisons in minor-league baseball action. Attendees watched pre-game warm-ups from the field, enjoyed lunch in the Shaw’s Visiting Bullpen Terrace, and saw top Red Sox pitching prospect Payton Tolle make his Triple-A debut for the WooSox.
