Graduate Intent To Graduate and Participate in Graduation Ceremony

Once you complete this form it will be sent to the Registrar’s Office.

Please read the following instructions carefully. Consult the Graduation Requirements in the Lasell College catalog or your Academic Plan in Self Service for further information.

  • Students who are eligible for a degree must submit the intent to graduate form.
  • Complete Parts A, B and C.
  • All students who submit Intent to Graduate and Participate in Graduation Ceremony Form will be reviewed for academic, administrative, and financial eligibility. Submission of this form does not guarantee graduation.
