Remembering Lucinda Nolin Johnson '55

Lucinda, an active graduate who served as president of the Lasell Alumni Association and helped organize events on Cape Cod, died on March 1. The resident of Yarmouth, Massachusetts, was 90.

She grew up in Claremont, New Hampshire, and learned of Lasell Junior College through a visiting professor. Lucinda studied dietetics and lived in Woodland and Cushing. She returned to Lasell in 1974 and earned a nursing degree. Lucinda was president of the Alumni Association from 1975–77 and founded the Lasell Cape Club.

She was a devoted nurse and worked at Cape Cod Hospital and for her late husband Warren’s practice. Her twin sister, Linda Nolin Ahern ’55 P’88, died in 2022.
