Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: From 2007 to 2022, minority representation grew within each of our campus populations. "We have established a tradition of open and respectful discourse on even the most difficult issues." Student Involvement: 16 opening days spent greeting new students; 30 midnight breakfasts; 16 Commencements; "I wouldn't give up meeting students and their families on opening day for anything. It is my favorite day of the year."
