Bio: Alexa earned her bachelor’s degree from Lasell in 2016 and her MBA degree from the University in 2020. In September 2020, Alexa assumed the role of associate director of parent relations and head of Lasell’s new Office of Parent Engagement. Creating this office had been a dream of President Michael Alexander’s for many years, and he and his senior team created the position to help communicate more effectively with parents during the global pandemic.

During her time as a Lasell student, Alexa majored in communications with a concentration in radio and TV production and minored in sports communications. She lived on campus in Woodland Hall, Rockwell Hall, East Hall, and West Hall, and held two on-campus jobs as a full-time student: resident assistant and student ambassador. She was also active with the campus radio station (WLAS) for two years, and her program was named Radio Show of the Year in 2015. Alexa also interned with the Kraft Group, the Providence Bruins professional hockey team, and the Newport Gulls amateur baseball team. A month before graduation, Alexa accepted a position as communications and marketing coordinator at Cambridge College in Charlestown, Massachusetts. She returned to Lasell in 2018 as the associate director of annual giving prior to transitioning into her current role.
