Overview

Students will identify and develop a personal management style that best suits them
and their company in this dynamic time; a style that needs to evolve during the various stages of
the pandemic recovery and beyond.

Using a ‘new normal’ lens, students will explore the differences and similarities of managing and
leading, identify issues around employee motivation and development, improve the use of teams
and teamwork, enhance virtual and hybrid communication and explore diversity, cultural, and
generational issues in the workplace. By the end of this course, students will become better
managers and have new tools to manage during this challenging time.
