The annual honor roll is created by Globe Magazine and The Commonwealth Institute, a non-profit "dedicated to advancing businesswomen in leadership positions.”

In addition to recognition of Doyle’s work, the Globe Magazine also acknowledged Lasell Village’s percentage of women in upper management, and highlighted the Village as one of five organizations that successfully pivoted their business model during COVID-19.

“Thank you to The Commonwealth Institute and the Boston Globe for recognizing Lasell Village as a Top 100 Women-Led Business for the second year in a row,” said Doyle. “I could not be prouder of our innovative and caring team. What a time to celebrate women in leadership!”
