President Michael B. Alexander: First thing's first - it's not just about you. It's about everyone.
Provost Eric Turner: The University has increased our cleaning and maintenance staff to maintain the highest levels of sanitization. Each classroom will have a sanitization station so you can wipe down your seat and desk before every class. A porter will monitor every building all day to clean high-touch areas. Every classroom will be cleaned with an electrostatic sprayer at the end of each and every day to thoroughly disinfect all classrooms.
AVP and Dean of Student Affairs David Hennessey: Dining options will be available for takeaway until 9 PM. And, the University will be setting up outdoor areas across campus to allow physically distant groups to interact. Fitness centers will be open. The Library and Academic Achievement Center will be open with restructured hours. You can still print, and order books for pickup, 24 hours a day in Glow Lounge.
Associate Vice President of Administration and Operations Diane Parker: The University has partnered with the Broad Institute to have non-invasive regular testing available on campus. If you are on campus three or more days a week, you will be testing twice each week. If you are on campus fewer than three days a week, you'll be tested once each week. We have dorms set aside for resident students who are directed to quarantine or isolate until they get the all-clear from Health Services.
President Alexander: We're committed to making campus as safe as it can be for you, and for everyone. But we need your help. Remember: wash your hands, stay at least 6 feet apart from each other, follow wayfinding signs to avoid crowds, and above all, wear your mask. Remind everyone else to do the same. It's not just about you - it's about everyone. Stay safe, and I can't wait to see you on campus very soon.
