The Communication Program seeks an adjunct instructor to teach COM219 - Social Media on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12:30 - 1:45 p.m. in Fall 2018.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide face to face instruction for all sessions utilizing the college philosophy of connected learning
• Provide a syllabus and course outline to students that clearly communicates course content and requirements
• Maintain 1 office hour each week on campus
• Incorporate Canvas (online learning management system) into the course
• Keep accurate and timely records of student progress (grades) and complete mid-semester and final grade reports (on Canvas)

Qualifications: A master's degree or higher in Communication or a related field. Professional experience in a communication field and prior college-level teaching experience preferred.
