Lasell University provides many services to our neighbors and the greater Newton Community, including a ten percent graduate tuition discount for City of Newton Employees, course auditing for continuing education or brushing up on old skills, and access to the Minuteman Library Network.

Lasell’s Small Business Institute connects our marketing and management students with local small businesses and non-profit organizations. Utilizing our Connected Learning philosophy, the Small Business Institute, offers hands on learning for our students and a fresh set of eyes for local organizations.

In addition, Lasell serves our community’s youngest and most senior learners through our dedication to education across the lifespan. Lasell operates two day-care and pre-school facilities which accept local residents and which serve as laboratory schools for the Early Childhood and Elementary Education Program. While Lasell Village, offers a highly respected continuing care retirement community where residents commit to 450 hours of continuing education programs.

Lasell also hosts a number of cultural events welcome to our neighbors such as, the Presidential Speaker Series, PeaceFest, art exhibits, performance art, and a chance to cheer on the Lasers at our athletic games. Our athletic schedule can be found on the LaserPride website.
