International Student Orientation

Move In Day for New Residential International Students 

Resident students should plan to arrive to Lasell's campus between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 30th. There will be members of the Office of International Services and Residential Life at the check in desk located in the Office of Student Affairs, which is on the 2nd floor of the Edwards Student Center. At check in, you will receive your keys, a schedule, a map, and a welcome letter. You will be directed to get your student ID card from the Office of Public Safety and be shown to your residence hall.  The GPS address for Edwards Student Center is 216 Woodland Road in Auburndale, Massachusetts 02466.  

If you arrive after 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 30th, you should check-in at the Office of Public Safety to receive your keys and check-in materials. Public Safety will contact a Residential Life employee who will distribute your keys and show you where you room is located. The office is open 24 hours, but if an officer is not at the desk when you arrive, you can call 617-243-2269 or 617-243-2279.  The GPS address for late arrivals at the Office of Public Safety is 80 Maple Street. Follow the driveway to a small parking lot and use the back entrance for the Office of Public Safety on the Ground Floor behind the Winslow Academic Center.  

Undergraduate International Student Orientation

International Orientation will take place on Friday, August 31, 2018. Registration will begin at 9:00 AM in the Brennan Library, located in the Winslow Academic Center and will include breakfast and lunch. 

All F-1 visa holders are required to attend International Student Orientation. The program will begin with F-1 student immigration check in. In addition to verifying immigration documentation, students will participate in engaging presentations on maintaining F-1 status, American culture, and what it is like to be an international student studying at Lasell. We ask that you bring your current I-20 Form, passport, F-1 Student Visa, Immunization Record and current U.S. mailing address and phone number.

New Graduate International Student Orientation

International Graduate Orientation will take place on Wednesday, August 29, 2018  at 3:00- 4:30 PM in the Brennan Library, located in the Winslow Academic Center. We ask that you bring your current I-20 Form, passport, F-1 Student Visa, Immunization Record and current U.S. mailing address and phone number.
