Activities you are or have been involved in (clubs, activities, athletics, etc.):
I'm involved with LCTV.

Any internship you may have done or are looking to do?
I’m interested in getting an internship at a radio or TV station.

Why did you choose Lasell?
I chose to attend Lasell because their Communication program and variety of concentrations were perfect for my area of interest. I also felt very comfortable going to a school that emphasized a Connected Learning philosophy that I knew would fit well with my way of learning.

What is your favorite Connected Learning project/experience so far?
Last year, I got to take a directed study in Live Broadcasting and work as the TV host for the TV Production class at NewTV. Instead of just studying live broadcasting out of a book, I got to go to an actual TV station and see what it was like.

What is your favorite Lasell event or tradition?
My favorite Lasell tradition is the Torch Light Parade.

What do you like to do off campus or in Boston?
I love photography so I love going into Boston with friends to take pictures of scenery.

Give an interesting story or great memory from Lasell that you would be willing to share with your peers or a tour.
My first few weeks at Lasell, I got into a friend group that I didn't quite fit into. Two weeks in, I was so upset with the group, that I had my best friend from home come to visit me. It wasn't until I met my peer mentor for my First Year Seminar class that I met the people that I consider my close friends for the rest of my life. The point to my story is, when you first get to college everything takes patience and getting used to. Don’t worry if you don't meet your best friends right away because connections and friendships take time. You have to give everything a chance and eventually all things will fall into place.
