Mass Transfer at Lasell University

Lasell University is pleased to announce that it will accept the MassTransfer Gen Ed Foundation for students who attend a public institution in Massachusetts! Lasell University is committed to providing transfer students with an affordable track to complete their degree. 

The MassTransfer Gen Ed Foundation allows students attending a Massachusetts community college to transfer general education courses seamlessly and maximize their transfer credits.

Students who complete the entire 34-credit MassTransfer Gen Ed Foundation are only required to complete two additional upper-level core curriculum courses.

ENG 101 - Writing I 3 3 Credits from English
ENG 102 - Writing II 3 3 Credits from English
MATH106 - Algebraic Operations 3 3 Credits of 100-level Math**
First Year Seminar 3 Waived
Multidisciplinary Course 3 Students will complete at Lasell University
Ethics Experience Course 3 Students will complete at Lasell University
Knowledge Perspectives:
Aesthetics & Creativity 3 credits from humanities and fine arts
Global/Historical 3 credits from humanities and fine arts*
Individuals & Society 3 credits from behavioral/social sciences
Scientific Inquiry & Problem Solving 4 credits from sciences

*Students are strongly recommended to take a world history course.
