Internships abroad allow students to develop important professional skills, gain an international perspective on their field of study, and add great value to their resume. Students earn academic credit for most internships and some may also fulfill the Lasell internship requirement. Internships are customized to fit students' interests and career goals, and placements are organized by the study abroad program. CAPA Global Cities - Study & Intern in Sydney
Students can earn 3 or 6 credits with a part-time internship placement and weekly workshops for professional development. Placements are available in more than 40 different fields and industries across Sydney, including Sports Management.
Charles University, Prague
Students at Charles University have the option of participating in an internship while studying. Internships are offered in three areas: graphic design, information technology and science, and social sciences and arts.
Global Education Center London, (AIFS)

Univeristy of Ghana, Legon - CIEE
Students at the University of Ghana will have the opportunity intern in the local community. Examples of past placements include shadowing doctors and nurses at the West Africa AIDS Foundation and International Health Care Center; teaching English or math and mentoring children at the Future Leaders Underprivileged Care Center; assisting with research and advocacy at the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition or working alongside entrepreneurs in various fields of business.
The American College of Greece, Athens - DEREE
Study abroad students are eligible to apply for the Study Abroad On-campus Internship Program. Each intern will be assigned an on-site staff supervisor and together will work on semester-long projects in order to achieve stated goals. These internship opportunities are not for credit.

Florence University of the Arts - SAI
Students are placed in internships that complement their major or minor, and are supported by an internship supervisor. Italian language skills are not required for an internship, however students are encouraged to enroll in an Italian language course alongside the internship. Students may be placed internally within FUA or externally in an organization in the local community. Placements range from fashion and hospitality to accounting and business.
Lorenzo de Medici University, Florence - APIInternships through Lorenzo de Medici offer students the possibility to learn different aspects of working in Italy, a country known for its artisan and small business culture. Placement possibilities range from art history and fashion to business and public administration.
Sant'Anna Institute, Sorrento - SAI
Students are placed in internships that complement their major or minor and provide unique applied experience in local organizations. All students participating in an internship are encouraged to enroll in a concurrent Italian language course. Placements range from education and hospitality to sports management and nutrition.
Universidad Veracruzana, Xalapa
The Internship Program at Universidad Veracruzana seeks for the student to have the opportunity to understand the organization and structure of a Mexican institution. Students can choose to carry out an internship within the areas of health, education, business and ecology. In order to participate in the internship, students must have a high intermediate, advanced or proficiency level of Spanish.
Jagiellonian University of Krakow - API Students at Jagiellonian University of Krakow may opt to complete a non-credit bearing internship in the following placements: Galicia Jewish Museum, Krakow's Volunteer Center, and Children's Friends Society.

Students at the University of Granada have the opportunity to complement their studies with a for-credit internship in a local business, organization, or educational institution.
