Educators & Diversity

In the United States, about 80 to 90 percent of teachers are white, while almost half of the student population are minority students. Professors in the Education program are making strides to bridge this gap by using the latest technological tools, creating specific ELL programs, and participating in state-funded grant programs.

Pathways to Teacher Diversity

The Lasell University Pathways to Teacher Diversity program creates pathways for diverse undergraduate students who will be invested in serving as educators in their local communities.

Bilingual/English Learners with Disabilities (ELL/SPED)
