Sport Communications
The Sport Communications Major at Lasell has a professional focus, rooted in Connected Learning, that seeks to educate students by promoting self-expression, academic exploration and critical thinking in academic, civic, and career-relevant areas.
- Students in the Sport Communications major gain valuable skills and hands-on experience in journalistic reporting about sports, sports public relations campaigns, and social media outreach for sports teams, as well as in working with specialty sports agencies and planning sports events for organizations.
- Lasell offers a Fifth Year option to students so they can complete both their bachelor's degree and a Master's of Science in Communication in as little as five years.
- Lasell's School of Communication & the Arts has degree programs in Communication, Entertainment Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, Sports Communications, and Television and Radio Production
