Nutrition Admission Requirements

Candidates seeking admission to Lasell University's Nutrition for Human Performance graduate degree program must hold a bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g. Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Health and Human Performance).

OR a hold  a bachelor's degree in any field with the following course work passed with a "C" grade or better:        

  • Courses in Anatomy & Physiology I and II (8 credits)
  • 1 course in Chemistry with lab (4 credits)
  • 1 course in Statistics (3 credits) 

Admission Requirements Checklist:

  1. Online application 
  2. Official transcripts of all college-level coursework *
  3. B.A./B.S. in a health-related field from an accredited institution or a Bachelor's degree in any field with a "C" or higher in the above-listed courses 
  4. A one-page personal statement describing your goals, strengths and potential for achievement in graduate school
  5. Minimum GPA of 2.75
  6. Resume

A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is recommended for recent college graduates with fewer than 3 years of professional work experience.*
