Counseling Center
The college years are often a time of change and growth, challenge and achievement. When challenges present themselves it is often helpful to talk to a caring, professional counselor. The Counseling Center offers a free, confidential place to discuss personal concerns, problems, or feelings as students grow towards greater independence and satisfaction with life. Appointments can be made by calling 617-243-2145, 617-243-2286 or by stopping by the office which is located on the top floor of Edwards Student Center.
Hours and Location:
The Counseling Center is open during the academic year Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
For after hours emergencies contact campus police at 617-243-2279 or the on-duty residential life staff member at 617-465-5926. We are located on the top floor of Edwards Student Center in the Health and Counseling Centers Suite.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an essential feature of the Counseling Center. Your counselor will discuss confidentiality in detail at your initial appointment. You are welcome to ask any questions you might have at that time.
