Director
Dr. Hector Iweka is Founder and Director of the Small Business Institute at Lasell College. Prior to his position at Lasell College, Hector Iweka has over 15 years working in different sectors of the corporate world. Dr Iweka has worked as a consultant with small business organizations helping them to explore their various challenges with the aim of developing best practice. He has recently conducted a research exploring the challenges of small business organizations in the Newton area in collaboration with the Newton/Needham Chamber of Commerce.

Undergrad Field Case Coordinator
Dr. Loredana Padurean is the Undergrad Field Case Coordinator of the Small Business Institute at Lasell College. Besides her position at Lasell College, Dr. Loredana Padurean is actively consulting for small business organizations in Switzerland and India, as owner of the C2B Consulting. Dr. Padurean's main expertise cover operations strategy and service operations. Her most current interest is in the area of operations for entrepreneurs.

Graduate Field Case Coordinator
Dr. Nancy Waldron is the Graduate Field Case Coordinator of the Small Business Institute at Lasell College. Prior to her position at Lasell College, Nancy Waldron held a variety of positions within the small business sector. Her business experience ranges from banking to publishing to manufacturing. Nancy's principal scholarly interests lie in the business marketing arena, primarily in the field of entrepreneurship. She has conducted research exploring the level of internationalization with small business firms.
