Women's Soccer Standout Named New England Offensive Player of the Year

Senior Bridget Lynch of Dover, N.H. has been named Offensive Player of the Year on the 2014 Division III New England Women's Soccer All-Star Team by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). She secured a spot on the First Team, while her sister senior Kayla Lynch earned Second Team honors.

Bridget Lynch, a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Offensive Player of the Year and Tournament Most Valuable Player, led the conference with 32 goals, 12 assists, and 76 points. Bridget was elected on the GNAC All-Conference First Team after tallying six goals and five assists during post-season play. A National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-New England First Team standout, Bridget ended her senior season ranked nationally in goals (5th), points (t-5th), points per game (7th) and goals per game (8th).

Kayla Lynch earned a spot on the Second Team roster after an impressive 2014 season, contributing in all 21 contests for the Lasers while adding seven goals and four assists. In post-season play, Kayla registered three goals and two assists to contribute to the Lasers' GNAC Championship.
