The Lasell College women's soccer team made history on Saturday in their opening round NCAA tournament match against #12 Amherst College. The women's side advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament with a 3-1 defeat of the host Lord Jeffs marking the first time in the history of Lasell College athletics that a Lasers team has won an NCAA tournament game. Lasell College Wins NEA Grant to Create Online Fashion Design Catalog Thursday, May 2, 2013Lasell College President Michael B. Alexander announced today that the College is the recipient of a $20,000 2013 National Endowment for the Arts matching grant to assist in the creation of an online fashion design catalog. The Lasell grant proposal was one of 50 grants funded by the NEA in its Art Works Design category.
