Lasell Introduces Cross-Registration Program with Regis College, Expanding on Courses Offered

March 30, 2015

Lasell College will begin a cross-registration program with Regis College this Fall, enabling undergraduate students to enroll in additional courses there at no additional cost. Lasell students will be able to add selected Regis courses to their Lasell schedule starting with pre-registration this April.

The additional Regis courses will add to the more than 450 courses already available to students at Lasell. Students will be able to register for the Regis courses in business, fine and performing arts, foreign languages, and the sciences through the Lasell Registrar's Office, earning college credit and grades as they do at Lasell.

"We hope this marks the beginning of our partnership with Regis College and we will look to expand our offerings in the future," said James Ostrow, Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Any Lasell student classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior during the semester in which the course is taken may complete one course a semester at Regis. To be eligible, students must be in Good Academic Standing (2.0 minimum GPA) and enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits at Lasell for that semester.

Additional information about specific courses available to Lasell students and the cross-registration process will be available through the Registrar's Office.

Students are responsible for transportation to Regis. However, the Regis shuttle makes a stop at the Riverside T station, so students will be able to coordinate travel between the two campuses. Information about the Regis shuttle schedule will become available when the fall semester begins.
