Lasell Honors Students Present at Conference

Lasell students from the College's Honors program presented at the Northeast Regional Honors Council Conference in Niagara Falls, New York over the April 6 weekend, presenting on a variety of topics from film legend Alfred Hitchcock to the creation of the Lasell Peace Pole.

Students who participated in the conference included: Alaina Eldredge and Colleen Melvin presented "Catching a Killer," Natalie Kfoury focused on a film legend with her presentation "Alfred Hitchcock: Legend, Visionary, Icon," Kait Quinn looked at reality television with "Ethics in the Reality TV Evolution," Hilary Brown presented "Honors Social Media Team at Lasell College," Amber Cunha and Kayli Hertel presented "The Lasell College Peace Pole" while Hayley Kreckler looked at agriculture with her presentation "Grass Farming."

Amber Cunha also resented a second project, "Battered Women's Syndrome in Relation to Crime," which was designed and conducted under the supervision of Professor Sarah Abbott.

The conference included more than 500 presentations by other college honors students from the Northeast.
