Lasell College Announces Academic Promotions

Lasell College recently announced several academic promotions, which were approved by the Board of Trustees.
Those promotions include:
Lynn Blake from Associate to Professor of Fashion
Hortense Gerardo from Assistant to Associate Professor of Anthropology and Humanities
Amy Maynard from Assistant to Associate Professor of Education
Anh Tran from Assistant to Associate Professor Economics and Management
Also, at the May 2014 commencement ceremony, Kim Farah, Professor of Chemistry, was announced as Lasell College's seventh recipient of the Joan Weiler Arnow Professorship.
The Joan Weiler Arnow Professorship was established by Robert and Joan Weiler Arnow '49 to provide support for a scholar-teacher whose commitment to teaching and personal interest in students would enhance the learning process and make a significant contribution to the overall Lasell community. This is a three-year rotating Professorship.
Kimberly Farah's scholarly interests are in the areas of new analytical techniques for environmental analysis, toxicology, storm water engineering and statistical process control.
