Fashion Design Alum Launches Campaign with Local USO to Support Troops

June 11, 2015

Fashion alum and local fashion designer Lindsay Reilly 13' has joined forces with the USO of New England to give back to local veterans with the launch of the I Am Brave campaign, featuring a new design from her Lindsay Tia bag collection.

Sales of the Lindsay Tia Bravery Bag will benefit the USO of New England. For every Bravery Bag sold between now and December 31, 2015, Lindsay Tia Inc. will donate $10 to the organization.

Reilly also participated in a launch party and fundraiser for the campaign, called the Bravery Bash, held June 10 at the Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy. The fundraiser was created to help sustain the programs and service the local USO provides for troops and families stationed in New England.

Also in attendance at the event were Boston Marathon bombing survivor and philanthropist, Adrianne Haslet-Davis, members of the New England Revolution "Rev Girls" and Lasell Fashion Collection Curator Professor Jill Carey.

"It was a great event in support of giving back," said Carey.
