College Tackles Renovations, Updates During Summer Break

While students catch up on their sleep and prepare for the upcoming fall semester, the College is busy with several construction and renovation projects on campus. Below are some of the updates that students, faculty and staff will see when they return for the new academic year.

Potter House, which houses the Registrar and Student Financial Aid, is having the basement renovated to also accommodate the Office of Communications. In addition, a new electrical system is being installed for the entire building.

Ordway Residence Hall will receive a new sprinkler system and two rooms that house six students on the garden level will be renovated.

The third floor of Bancroft House is being renovated for the creation of five faculty offices.

Also this summer, Case House will be painted inside and will be ready to house students once again and the house at 18 Maple Terrace will be the new home of the counseling staff that was in Case House.
Van Winkle Residence Hall will have a new roof installed this summer as well as bathroom renovations and the Forest Residence Hall will also receive a new roof installed and will be painted throughout.

When students return, they will notice that most of the Residence Halls have been painted inside.
