Adjunct Faculty – Sport Management

Adjunct Faculty - Sport Management (Master's Program)
The Department of Sport Management at Lasell College in Newton, MA is seeking qualified candidates to increase its pool of adjuncts to teach courses in the Masters of Science in Sport Management with concentrations in Sport Tourism/Hospitality, Athletic Administration, and Parks and Recreation Management degree programs. This newly revised program is expected to experience significant growth. Selected candidates will begin teaching in the 2018 spring semester.

The projected courses to be both created and taught include the following: Principles of Athletic Administration, Trends and Issues in Recreation Management, and Leisure Studies Foundations. Courses will be delivered in a fully online format.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified applicants will have earned a PhD in the field. Those with an ABD and/or Masters, and substantial experience will also be considered. Applicants must complete an online teaching and training program in order to be qualified to teach online courses.
