Health Insurance
All F-1 international students are required to purchase the Consolidated Health Care insurance plan offered through Lasell College.  For more information about this policy, students should contact the Student Accounts Office.

The only F-1 international students who do not need to purchase insurance from Consolidated Health Care, are those students involved in the Study Group Program.  Study Group students receive health insurance through the Study Group Insurance plan from Specialty Risk International. 

Undergraduate Student Health Services
Health Services at Lasell College is available to all undergraduate students.  The Health Center is staffed by nurse practitioners, Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  A physician is also available at designated hours.  For more information, please visit Health and Wellness.

Graduate Student Health Services
Graduate students should contact Consolidated Health Care to find a doctor or physician in their neighborhood.  The Office of International Services also has a resource list for graduate students of specialty doctors in the Boston area.  Before choosing a physician it is important to call ahead to find out if they accept Consolidated Health Care Insurance.

Lasell College Wins NEA Grant to Create Online Fashion Design Catalog  Thursday, May 2, 2013Lasell College President Michael B. Alexander announced today that the College is the recipient of a $20,000 2013 National Endowment for the Arts matching grant to assist in the creation of an online fashion design catalog. The Lasell grant proposal was one of 50 grants funded by the NEA in its Art Works Design category.
