Campus Life - Health & Wellness

Health Education

Lasell Wellbeing WheelWell@Lasell

The Office of Health Education (OHE) provides wellness programs and health resources to promote and enhance the health, well-being, and vitality of all Lasell students.

We strive to help undergraduates gain awareness, knowledge, and skills to sustain healthy habits to last a lifetime. We envision a vibrant, health-oriented university community, consciously supporting eight dimensions of well-being: emotional, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, financial, occupational, and environmental.

We believe every student can be Well@Lasell.

Peer Health Educators

The Peer Health Education program fosters peer leadership and education around issues related to health and well-being. Peer Health Educators are trained throughout the year to be informed about issues that affect college students so that they may be a resource to their peers.

Alcohol Education

To help our students become aware and educated about alcohol, Lasell University has joined hundreds of colleges and universities across the country in adopting AlcoholEdu. AlcoholEdu is a confidential, research-based course that all incoming first-year students are required to take. Learn more about AlcoholEDU

Events & Programming

The OHE offers events and interactive programs with Health Educators, Peer Health Educators, as well as campus and community partners. The variety of programs includes interactive, peer-led programming, health and wellness awareness campaigns, and campus-wide events. We work in a strengths-based, positive decision-making, and harm-reduction framework.
