Parents and Family Information

Especially for parents and families

College is a time of transitions. The Counseling Center is a place where your student can speak confidentially to a clinician about a range of issues.

There are occasions when your student’s behavior or presentation raises concerns for parents. The Counseling Center staff is available for confidential consultation. Such consultations can focus on a range of issues, including: how to assist a student faced with a difficult situation, how to refer a student to the Counseling Center, or how to locate appropriate local mental health treatment for students. Please contact Janice Fletcher, at 617-243-2145.
