Choosing a Major

When choosing an academic major, it is important to know all requirements for the program, as well as being aware of how your interests align with the topics and potential career options.  The following links will direct you to a description of the academic program followed by a list of possible job titles that are options after completing your degree.  If you would like further guidance in exploring major options, please contact either your academic advisor, the Academic Advising Center and First Year Programs, or the Office of Career Services.  (For some of the newer majors, check back soon for more information)

The following is a list of possible minors.  Students are allowed to choose multiple minors as a way to supplement their academic major.  The choice can be fueled by relation to your major, additional interests

Lasell College Wins NEA Grant to Create Online Fashion Design Catalog  Thursday, May 2, 2013Lasell College President Michael B. Alexander announced today that the College is the recipient of a $20,000 2013 National Endowment for the Arts matching grant to assist in the creation of an online fashion design catalog. The Lasell grant proposal was one of 50 grants funded by the NEA in its Art Works Design category.
