The Lasell Parents' Fund The Lasell College Parents' Fund recognizes annual gifts from parents of current students and alumni. Your contributions to the Parents' Fund help to make significant opportunities available to your student(s) in their academic endeavors.   Gifts you make to Lasell have an immediate impact on the College's community: Academic programs Financial support for educational aides and materials in the classroom is crucial to your student's education. Library resources Your gift to the Lasell College Parents' Fund enables the Brennan Library to expand its technological resources and collections. Scholarships For the 2006/2007 Academic year, 80 percent of Lasell's students will recieve Lasell College funding. Athletic programs A significant part of many Lasell students' college experience, gift enable Lasell to offer a variety of athletic programs with appropriate facilities. Becoming a member of Lasell College's Parents' Association Lasell College is establishing a Parent's Association for each of the classes at Lasell; '08, '09, '10, and '11. Parents will serve as ambassadors for Lasell College through daily contact with friends, neighbors and business associates.  Member activities would include, but are not limited to, recruitment of future Lasell students, attendance at Lasell College Alumni event and fundraising efforts on behalf of the Annual Fund.  Are you interested in being a member of the Parent's Association for your child's class?  Please contact; Michelle Walmsley, Director of Annual Giving or by phone (617)-243-2165. Gifts received by June 30, 2008 will be applied toward the 2007/2008 Annual Fund year.
