Advancement Office Sponsors Entrepreneurship Talk

Have you ever dreamed of starting your own business? Join the Institutional Advancement Office on April 25 at 12:30 pm in de Witt Hall for a talk given by two young women who started their own successful business in New York City.

Shira Entis, a fashion designer, and Alex Bell, a lawyer, have been friends and flea market "addicts" since their college days at Brown University.

While still working their day jobs in New York City, they put their heads together in 2009 to create an environmentally friendly carry-all bag for use during flea market visits. Fleabags was born.

Today, Fleabags is doing well. The founders will share their story of how they got started and where they are headed.

Lasell Women's Soccer Standouts Named to Academic All-District Team  Friday, October 31, 2014Lasell College women’s soccer seniors Bridget Lynch and Kayla Lynch were both named to the New England Region First Team, which makes them eligible for national Academic All-American honors. This is the first time in Lasell's history that two players have been named to this Academic All-American team.
