I'm originally from Western MA, Northampton to be exact. I came out east to actually attend Lasell! I graduated in 2010 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Minor in Coaching. I took a year off and now I live on the South Shore. I fell in love with Boston and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Sports Leadership. I am a huge fan of sports, I played basketball and softball all four years while I was here at Lasell. I would love to coach someday and have dreams of becoming an athletic director. My favorite sport teams are the Lady Volunteers, Duke, and the Celtics.
In my spare time I love watching reality TV shows, reading, going to the beach in the summer, and going to the movies. I love to eat! Going out to new restaurants and trying out new foods is another thing I love to do. My favorite dog is the English bulldog! I definitely plan on owning one if it's the last thing I do, they are so cute! Country music is my favorite kind of music, it is a tradition now to attend Kenny Chesney's summer concert every year with my roommates from Lasell.
I loved Lasell because it had everything that I was looking for. Location, right size, ability to continue playing athletics, and the major I was interested in. I was able to make lifelong friends and establish really great connections with my professors and faculty. Lasell gave me all the right tools for me to pursue a successful future.
