EXPERIENCES AT LASELL:
As a freshman I wasn’t sure what I wanted to study, but Lasell made it easy for me to try several majors and discover my best fit. I tried education and business, but I didn’t feel truly comfortable until an elective media class sparked my interest and I became a communication major.

My marketing and communication classes at Lasell provided great Connected Learning experiences. In my senior year we went to a local elementary school to study the impact of TV ads that target children. Now at the radio station, I help businesses get their messages across to specific populations.

As an account executive, I sell advertising to many different businesses. I feel really lucky to represent a top radio station in Boston. It’s lucrative and I love learning about different businesses and connecting with people. Plus, there are many fun perks that go along with the job—we get to go to concerts and cruises and other events that happen throughout the city.
