Transfer Students
You're ready for a change. Deciding to transfer is the tough decision, choosing Lasell College makes it easy. Complete applications for admission are reviewed on a rolling basis for entrance to the Fall (September) or Spring (January) semesters.
Applying to Lasell College is straight forward. Transfer applicants who have earned fewer than 30 college credits from an accredited institution should submit an application for admission with their secondary school transcript, official college/university transcript(s), official SAT/ACT scores, and a minimum of one academic letter of recommendation.
Transfer applicants who have earned 30 or more college credits, or an Associate degree, are required to submit their official college/university transcripts and academic letter(s) of recommendation with their application for admission.
Applicants, whose native language is not English, also must submit official results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Accepted transfer students will receive a credit evaluation of any submitted course work with the offer of admission. Transfer credit is awarded for completed college level courses, with grades of C (2.0) or better, from an accredited institution. Previous courses must be comparable in content to those offered at Lasell.
Transfer applicants must submit official transcripts of all prior college/university level work with corresponding course descriptions or course catalogs. Students pursuing a Bachelor degree are required to complete 50% of their credits at Lasell, the final semester of which must be at Lasell College.
Transfer credits will be evaluated by both the Office of Undergraduate Admission and the Office of the Registrar.
Lasell College offers highly motivated transfer students the Lasell College Torch Scholarship.
