Student's experience

Global Ambassadors have this to say:

"You need to know who you are in this world; studying abroad shows you this, while having the most extraordinary experience of your life. To not go abroad is downright foolish- use your head, seize this opportunity, and just go." -Olivia Ture (Florence, Italy)

"You cannot live to the fullest unless you step outside of your comfort zone, so study abroad and start living." -Samantha Dalias (Florence, Italy)

"You may think it's too difficult and scary but by the time you leave, it will have not only made you stronger but opened your eyes."

"Study abroad will change your life. It will make you more independent, self-reliant, and be the best few months of your life." -Patricia O'Connor (Dublin, Ireland)

"I did things people dream of: skydiving, feeding sea turtles, living on the beach. I did the things people won't even try. I'm proud." (Gold Coast, Australia)

"It is the coolest thing you will ever experience! Studying abroad made me grow and change into a better, more confident individual." -Kate Condon (London, England)

"Being able to live in a different country was the best experience of my life. You are able to meet people from all walks of life that you never would have been exposed to before, and that can open a lot of doors for you. Studying abroad is something every student should participate in regardless of [their] major."

"Rugby World Cup 2011. I traveled to a country not knowing one thing about a sport that is on the rise in the U.S. I came home a diehard All Blacks fan. Touch. Pause. Engage!" -Diane West (New Zealand)

"Go abroad! Have the experiences that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Don't look back on your college career and regret not being immersed in a different culture." -Ainsley Wolfe (Florence, Italy)

"I recommend everyone who is interested in studying abroad to go because of the person you become when you return, the experience, knowledge, culture, and friends you gain while being abroad." -Ashley Doak (London, England)

"Studying abroad gives you the opportunity to meet and connect with people all over the world. These bonds you make last a lifetime!"

"It was a dream come true. Anyone with the opportunity would be crazy not to study abroad. It's affordable and unforgettable." - Meghan Peters (London, England)

"No matter where you go, what you do, or who you meet, it will change and shape you forever. It's the chance of a lifetime, so take it. You will love it, I promise." -Lexie Posillo (Florence, Italy)

"I literally traveled every weekend. I visited 10 countries in 4 months on a $3000 budget. And I'm glad I spent every cent." -Diana West (Salzburg, Austria)
